Every two years, the Flowertime biennial invites all lovers of architecture and floral arrangements to (re)discover its splendid Town Hall. Since its creation, the event has become a not-to-be-missed rendezvous and, alternating with the Flower Carpet, helps to establish Brussels as the floral capital of Europe.
